my name is Veit Schenk and weight had never really been an issue for me until 2 things happened:
so, within a short period of time, my body-shape went from ‘shit-hot V-shaped muscly college-level rower and triathlete’ to, well, basketball shape (and I’m talking about the actual ball, not the players…)
And no matter how much I tried, it was always bloody hard work shifting the weight.
And forget about the last 10 pounds, they just wouldn’t shift, no matter how hard I tried.
Until … one day, someone recommended I see an alternative medicine practitioner (don’t worry, no vodoo going on here) who pointed out a few basic facts hardly anyone knows about when it comes to fat-storage and eating certain foods.
