Although diets help you lose weight, the real questions is the fallowing, are diet plans a permanent solution to weight loss?   • In the Cabbage Soup Diet you can eat as much soup as you want, but the soups must be made with cabbage and other vegetables. You are also allowed to eat very small quantities of low-calorie vegetables, fruits, meat, and skin milk, which will provide your body with proteins.
  • The Three Day Diet consists of drinking four to eight glasses of water or diet soda daily, next to three strictly controlled meals for three days. (This diet works best if you to lose ten pounds or less.)
  • During the Scarsdale Diet do not need to measure, or count anything. All you do is fallow a menu giving to you that consists of regular supermarket foods.
